Professional Interests/Specializations:

I primarily counsel adults and couples.

I am trained in psychodynamic theory and provide interventions focused on an integrative approach, which includes DBT, CBT, narrative, self-reflective, interactive feedback, exploration of emotions and relationship patterns, coping skills, mindfulness, effective communication and nutrition.

Length of time at CHL:

I began working for Center for Healthy Living April 1, 2020, and I am excited to join the team!

Why do you like working at the CHL?

I like the idea of people having the option to go to one clinic and be able to have so many different resources available to them.  

Philosophy of Care:
I believe in treating the whole individual. I use an integrative approach that addresses the mind, body and soul of my clients to promote long-term health and wellness that is self-sustainable.

What do you like to do when you’re not at the CHL?

I enjoy volunteering at Unbridled Strength Equine Therapy with my daughter in the summers. I also enjoy spending time with my husband, two dogs and cat.
