Length of time at CHL?
Before coming to the CHL in 2017, I worked as an office administrator for Lafayette Interior Fashions.
What attracted you to your position at the CHL?
I was attracted to the position at the CHL because it was an opportunity to experience the day-to-day operations of a health care facility.
Why do you like working at the CHL?
I like that we are a small group and operate as such a great team; it’s like we are a family.
Philosophy of care:
We offer a wide variety of services and many university employees may not realize that they can get most of their health care needs addressed during their work hours. I make sure every patient that comes into the CHL feels comfortable and also receives answers to any questions they may have regarding their health. I want them to know they truly matter and aren’t just a patient, but more like a part of our family, too.
What do you like to do when you’re not at the CHL?
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my four children. My son is in his second semester of college and my three daughters are in high school. I also enjoy watching Boilermaker football, going to the beach and bonfires.
Fun fact about me:
My favorite number is 4. All four of my children either have a No. 4 in their date of birth or their social security number.
