Enrollment in your benefits is a two-step process.  It is important to complete the steps below as changes cannot be made outside of open enrollment (August 1 – September 10, 5 p.m. ET for 2018-2019 plan year) without a qualifying life event.  See the Resources section near the bottom of this page for enrollment guides to both steps.

  1. Medical Insurance (includes standalone vision plan with VSP)
All returning and new graduate staff must complete a new medical plan election to be covered for the 2018-2019 plan year.
  2. Dental and other Voluntary Benefits All returning and new graduate staff will make their 2018-2019 dental and voluntary benefit elections through this Benefitfocus tool. Beginning with the 2018-2019 plan year, new Supplemental Hospital Insurance and Universal Life Insurance plans are available.
