The University’s role is to provide benefit plans that meet the needs of many, as well as resources to promote health and financial well-being. The role of faculty and staff is to use benefits wisely and stay focused on physical and financial health. Working together, Purdue’s benefit programs are sustainable for the long term and will build a culture of health at Purdue.

Mission

The Benefits team is committed to designing, delivering and servicing high quality, affordable benefit programs.  They leverage innovative and up-to-date tools, education and communication to meet the diverse needs of faculty and staff and their families.  The team pledges to support members of the University community with outstanding customer service as they actively pursue improved health and financial well-being.
