Such restrictions are neutral in viewpoint and content and are narrowly tailored to serve a significant university interest. Examples of such interests include, but are not limited to, crime prevention, public safety, avoiding disruption of university functions and maintenance of an educational atmosphere. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Most <strong>outdoor areas<\/strong> of the university campus are designated open to the public and, generally, may be accessed for lawful expressive activity. Access and use must conform to the university\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.purdue.edu\/home\/use-of-facilities\/\">facilities use policies<\/a> and to all applicable time, place and manner regulations. Overnight camping and setting up fixed physical areas for activities is not permitted on university spaces, including mall areas.
