Hendricks County Master Gardeners will host this free event.

This year’s educational sessions have information for gardeners of all experience levels, from total newbies to the ultimate green thumbs.

  • At 9:30 a.m., Master Gardener Becky Troutman will present “Garden Creation: The First Step.”
  • At 10:30, Master Gardener Colletta Kosiba’s session is “The Best Annuals.”
  • At 11:30, Master Gardener John Dottenwhy’s session is “Straw Bale Gardens.”
  • At 1:00 p.m., Master Gardeners Terri Tramm and Jackie Rosales will present “A Pollinator Garden.”
  • At 2:00 Chad Williams will present “Venus Fly Traps.”
  • At 3:00 p.m., Master Gardener Dick Meier will present “Foodscaping: Create an Edible Landscape.”

“Gardening for All Ages” will have over 60 garden-related vendors with plants, garden décor, bird-watching supplies, and advice to make this year’s garden your best ever.
