- Melinda Myers, garden author of over 20 books, lecturer, TV/Radio host and contributing editor to Birds and Blooms magazine.
- Marcy Dailey, herbalist, owner of Fawn Run Farm Mercantile, Gold Level Master Gardener.
- Joe Grady, specialist in fermenting food and drinks, owner of Farming for Life and organic farmer.
