Objectives<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Evaluate the market and barriers to produce export-quality dried apricots<\/li>\n<li>Assess food safety challenges and develop guidelines for good post-harvest and food safety<\/li>\n<li>Compare solar dryers developed at Purdue University<\/li>\n<li>Develop meaningful collaborations with in-country partners in training of local farmers<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2
