Tawna Hodson

I was born in Lafayette in 1979 and when I was two we moved to Muncie, IN where I grew up and got married. In 2002, after my divorce I moved back to Lafayette to be closer to family and have been here ever since. I really love the area and all there is to do here. While I don’t see myself staying in Indiana my whole life, I will always feel Lafayette is home to me.

Advice for Boilermakers:

I have always been kind of intimidated when it comes to attending a big college like this, so I would have to say to those students, drink in every experience you have while you are here. Take advantage of everything the university offers you and involve yourself in the multitude of possibilities out there!

Fun Facts:

  • I love music of all kinds. I’m kind of a fanatic. I also love to sing at the top of my lungs when I’m alone in my car, but never when people can hear me. Ha!
  • I love all animals and wish I could take them all in!
  • My favorite thing to do on a nice spring day is to go out to my parents' house in the country and sit on their porch and just listen to it rain. It’s the most relaxing thing in the world.
