Welcome! The Purdue I-O Mentorship Program seeks to connect graduate student mentors with undergraduate students who are curious in exploring I-O psychology.
Through a semester-long program, we aim to provide students with useful guidance, thoughtful support, and sound advice to enhance your development and progress as a future I-O psychologist.
