Industrial - Organizational Psychology - Careers
The job market for Ph.D.s in I-O psychology has been and continues to be extremely healthy. For example, in the last five years, every one of our Purdue graduates has found an excellent job. Approximately half of the students have gone into academic jobs in either psychology departments or business schools. The other half have taken jobs in industry, government, or consulting firms.
Recent I-O Psychology Graduates
Many prominent I-O Psychologists received their PhD from Purdue. Purdue I-O Psychology alumni are lifetime members of PAGSIP (Purdue Association of Graduate Students in Industrial Psychology). Below is a list of our most recent graduates and their current positions. Please see the PAGSIP page for more information about this Purdue graduate student and alumni organization.
