Dr. William H. Hendrix Industrial-Organizational Graduate Student Research Excellence Award
Purpose
The Dr. William H. Hendrix Industrial-Organizational Psychology Graduate Student Research Excellence Award is awarded annually to a current I-O Psychology graduate student who has demonstrated excellence in industrial-organizational psychology research.
Eligibility
- Any I-O psychology graduate student performing research in industrial-organizational psychology.
- Student must have completed the work while enrolled as a graduate student in the department.
- Work to be evaluated is during the past 12 months.
Selection Criteria
- Excellence in industrial-organizational psychology research by internal/external review as indicated by:
- Publications in peer reviewed industrial-organizational psychology research publications.
- Presentations of research at industrial-organizational psychology or general national psychology conferences.
- Relevance of research to the business community.
Award
Winner will receive a cash reward based on annual revenue generated by the endowment funds.
