Dr. William H. Hendrix Industrial-Organizational Graduate Student Research Excellence Award

Purpose

The Dr. William H. Hendrix Industrial-Organizational Psychology Graduate Student Research Excellence Award is awarded annually to a current I-O Psychology graduate student who has demonstrated excellence in industrial-organizational psychology research.

Eligibility

  1. Any I-O psychology graduate student performing research in industrial-organizational psychology.
  2. Student must have completed the work while enrolled as a graduate student in the department.
  3. Work to be evaluated is during the past 12 months.

Selection Criteria

  1. Excellence in industrial-organizational psychology research by internal/external review as indicated by:
    • Publications in peer reviewed industrial-organizational psychology research publications.
    • Presentations of research at industrial-organizational psychology or general national psychology conferences.
    • Relevance of research to the business community.

Award

      Winner will receive a cash reward based on annual revenue generated by the endowment funds.
