Cognition and Daily Interactions: The CADI Study<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n


The goal of this study is to better understand the daily lives of older adults as this may
relate to the process of cognitive decline. We are trying to find ways to identify risk for Alzheimer\u2019s disease in order to try to prevent it. The study is looking for adults between 55 and 70 years old who are having trouble remembering things lately. Your doctor may have told you that you have something called Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI). To join the study, you’ll need to be comfortable reading and speaking English. To see if you qualify for the study, we first need to talk with you on the phone. This will take about 10-15 minutes and will help us figure out if you’re a good fit for the study.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

REACH 2.0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Is a longitudinal extension from the previous REACH study conducted with the ACT Lab (Dr. Rollock and his previous graduate student, Adilene Osnaya), hoping to determine how racial discrimination and relationship quality are associated through underlying interpersonal processes. Specifically, whether interpersonal support helps to explain how racial discrimination can enter romantic relationships over time. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
