Undergraduate Students

From front-line nursing to shaping health care policy, Purdue nurses are leaders who foster systematic change in the organizations in which they work. Undergraduate education prepares nurses to work in a variety of settings, from surgery rooms to neonatal intensive care units to community health clinics. Graduates may apply to take the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX) for licensure as a registered nurse (RN). Undergraduate programs include:
- Bachelor of Science - for high school graduates
- Second Degree Bacheclor of Science - for individuals who have a bachelor's degree in another field and want to pursue a bachelor's degree in nursing

Application Deadline
Considering becoming a Purdue nursing student? Apply now! The application deadline is November 1 for first-time college students and May 1 for transfer students.
