MS with Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner Specialization Program

The Purdue Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner program offers an interdisciplinary approach to advanced practice education. Options for interdisciplinary work include medicine, pharmacy, audiology, speech pathology, social work, and physical and occupational therapy. Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioners are specialists in adult care who see patients ages 13 and older in a variety of settings. The program includes hands-on mentorship at the Riggs Community Health Center and at nurse-managed clinics. It is certified by the National Hartford Center of Gerontological Nursing Excellence.
