Biography
Mallori Walker is a part time pediatrics faculty member. She received her BS in Nursing from Purdue University through the second degree program in 2008. Upon graduation, she worked on the Pediatrics unit at IU Health Arnett and Riley Hospital for Children. After working as a bedside nurse for five years, Mallori was admitted the Pediatric Nurse practitioner program at Purdue University. She graduated in 2015 and has been working as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner at IU Health Arnett since.
Mallori began teaching in the School of Nursing in graduate school, where she taught Pediatric clinicals at Riley Hospital for Children and Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital for three semesters. She also taught NUR 503: Health Assessment in the School of Nursing graduate school for the past two years.
Mallori currently teaches NUR 414: Pediatric Nursing and NUR 419: Professional Nursing: Evolution of a Clinician and Leader
