Guided by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Quality and Safety Education for Nurses (QSEN) standards Dr. Karagory has led curriculum redesign to integrate Quality Improvement (QI), interprofessional team based active learning, and academic and practice QI collaborations.  Dr. Karagory is a nurse educator recognized at the university, state, and national level for consistent excellence in teaching.
