To help prevent foodborne illness outbreaks across households and commercial organizations, faculty in Purdue University\u2019s White Lodging-J.W. Marriott, Jr. School of Hospitality and Tourism Management (HTM) provide all hospitality and tourism management students with food safety knowledge.
