Purdue Meal Swipe Hours | Tuesday through Thursday | 11:00 - 1:30 pm 

The Boiler Bistro, located in Marriott Hall's spacious Atrium, is a favorite stop for a quick lunch and a training laboratory for the School of Hospitality & Tourism Management's second-year students, enrolled in HTM 291.

Part of the immersive, experiential training Purdue HTM is renowned for, students gain experience by working in different food preparation and service areas, each week. While in the Boiler Bistro, they learn about the operations of a quick-service style restaurant with food ranging from traditional American fast-food (such as burgers and fries) to healthy options, including salads, fruits and vegetables pulled from Purdue Farms.

Currently, as we all work together to Protect Purdue, all orders are being prepared To-Go. Thank you for your understanding and continued support!
