HHS Poster Printing

The College of Health and Human Sciences maintains a larger-format printer in Marriott Hall. Use of the plotter is only for HHS and its Units. Please use the following email form to request a poster printing; asterisk fields are required for submission.

If you are having trouble with the above link, you can download, fill out, and attach this form and send it to hhsposter@purdue.edu along with your poster file.

Costs:

  • Starting January 1st, 2019 - there will be a charge of $24 per poster.
  • If the printing request form does not have a Purdue account number, the poster request will be rejected.
  • If you download the form, please input the IO for the Fund and the WBSE for the RIO/CTR. We are currently in the process of updating the form to reflect the new account management.

Requests:

  • There may be up to a two business day turn around for poster printings.
  • Two weeks advance notice is requested for large group print job, e.g. conference posters, final presentation, sponsored event posters.
  • It is important to keep in mind the timeline to request printing. Your request may be turned down or given a substitute paper choice if you request a rush job.
  • Make sure that the pdf you are attaching to the email is sized in the dimensions you want it printed. Posters cannot be smaller than 16 x 20 inches (36 ui), and cannot exceed 36 x 56 inches (92 ui).

Please Note:

  • Some conferences have strict guidelines about poster dimensions and paper requirements. It may be that the guidelines make the poster too large for the plotter to print.
  • Your department/unit may have strict conference poster layout guidelines, please verify that you are using the correct one to best represent your department/unit.
  • Purdue has strict color branding and use of logos directions, please check Marketing and Media’s website for more details.
