Keith Molter


Keith Molter, M.S. is an educator and foodservice and hospitality industry consultant.  Keith began his career in foodservice and hospitality at the age of 16 when he stepped foot into his first restaurant job.  For several years, he was the Foodservice Director and Graduate Instructor in the Department of Hospitality & Tourism Management where he handled the daily operation of the HTM Café and the John Purdue Room restaurants; both of which were teaching laboratories for sophomore level hospitality management students.  It was here where Keith implemented a successful and highly popular International Lunch series each semester at the sophomore level; an endeavor usually designed for a senior level class.  Keith recently semi-retired from industry having served 17 years as a foodservice consultant and director for Boilermaker Hospitality, the official foodservice management vendor for Purdue Athletics. He is a Boilermaker and sports fanatic.
