Group Exercise is broken up into two sessions per semester lasting 6-8 weeks in length. Pre-registration is requested.
Although the group exercise schedule varies from semester to semester we always try to provide a variety classes based on member input. If there is a class that you and others would particularly enjoy please let us know. Below are some descriptions of classes we have had in the past. Call 496-1015 for times and schedule or pick up a schedule at the fitness center desk.
