About

Integrative Behavioral Health Certification for Rehab Providers equips clinicians to integrate behavioral health concepts to effectively treat clients experiencing complex conditions. Behavioral health conditions such as depression, anxiety and PTSD, are commonplace among clients seeking care for pain, chronic illness and other health concerns. The curriculum will equip licensed health care providers with the foundational knowledge, skills, and techniques needed to relate to their patients in a bio-psycho-socially informed manner.

This certification is open to licensed health care providers, including physical therapists, physical therapist assistants, occupational therapists, occupational therapist assistants, medical doctors, doctors of osteopathy, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, psychologists, and others. This 7-month certification allows working clinicians to improve their patient outcomes while maintaining their personal and professional responsibilities.
