Prospective Undergraduates

The Office of Undergraduate Admissions has several visit programs designed specifically for prospective and admitted students.

For a better understanding of the opportunities in our department, you are encouraged to include a visit to us when you visit Purdue. Contact HHS Undergraduate Student Services at (765) 494-8533 at least one week prior to your visit to arrange a time to:

  • meet with an academic advisor
  • tour the department and facilities
  • shadow or talk with a current HHS student
  • sit in on a class
  • visit a laboratory
  • learn more about our majors

Prospective Graduate Students

Students interested in graduate study should contact the graduate program secretary at (765) 496-3816 or to schedule a departmental visit. Walking tours of the Purdue campus are also available for prospective graduate students and their guests by registering on the Graduate School website at:
