Support for the Department of Human Development and Family Studies plays an important role in our progress and continuing success. Donor gifts enrich student learning, enhance faculty research, and increase our competitive edge to attract the best and brightest students and faculty. Every gift, no matter how large or small, makes it possible for the department to be involved in innovative projects that impact individuals and families across the life course.

Please consider supporting one or more of our funding priorities:

  • Unrestricted Support: Examples of how unrestricted support might be utilized include technology upgrades for research purposes, recruitment activities, named conferences and/or speaker series, and other important events and projects in the department.
  • Faculty Support: Research funding and support, named professorships, visiting professor support
  • Undergraduate Student Support: Scholarships, research stipends, summer research internships, study abroad opportunities
  • Graduate Student Support: Summer research internships, research funding and support, fellowships, conference travel costs
