Purdue University Cultural and Resource Centers

Purdue University appreciates and embraces diversity among its faculty, students, and staff. It is home to several Cultural and Resource Centers which include:

The Center for Intercultural Learning, Mentorship, Assessment, and Research

The Center for Intercultural Learning, Mentorship, Assessment, and Research (CILMAR) exists to facilitate intercultural learning opportunities for the Purdue community. Resources are available for faculty and students who wish to engage with and bridge the gap between diverse cultural groups. Students have the opportunity to participate in workshops and receive mentorship within and beyond Purdue. For more information on student resources and opportunities within CLIMAR, click here.

Diversity Organizations for Faculty and Staff

Diversity organizations for faculty are supported through the Division of Diversity and Inclusion. Organizations such as the Black Caucus of Faculty and Staff (BCFS)Latino Faculty and Staff Association (LFSA), and Purdue Employee PRIDE exist to promote a sense of community and support faculty and staff from diverse groups. These organizations advocate for equity and provide networking opportunities for those who may be interested.
