  • AA, Early Childhood Education

I began the love of working with children when I was 11-years old. I babysat for family and friends, mostly playing, baking, or making crafts with the children and cleaning when they were in bed. I earned an associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Ivy Tech while working in several child care centers. I have implemented new programs and have been lead and co-teachers. I am currently finishing my Bachelor’s degree with a special interest in Autism Spectrum Disorder at Purdue Global. I love to watch children learn and develop. My favorite school subject is science so naturally, I love to introduce this to young children.

In my spare time, I like to spend time with my three children, five grandchildren, and other family. We all have similar interests of animals, music, crafts, and movies.
