Tom joined the College of Health and Human Sciences Advancement Office in April 2021. Prior to this, he served in a variety of roles in the hotel industry and food service sales for companies such as Hilton, US Foods and Graduate Hotels. He worked for 18 years in resort hotel sales in Phoenix, Arizona, opening two resort casinos for Native American reservations. Tom graduated from the School of Hospitality and Tourism Management in 1986 as a first-generation Boilermaker, and as an HTM student, he served on the implementation committee of the first HTM Career Day in 1985.
Tom resides in Pendleton, Indiana. A member of the John Purdue Club, he enjoys watching Purdue sports as well as traveling, cooking and entertaining with friends and family.
