Jaziel Ramos-Ortiz

Jaziel Ramos-Ortiz is a PhD student in the Department of Consumer Science. She completed an M.S. in Consumer Behavior at Purdue in May 2017, and earned her B.A. in Psychology from the University of Rochester in May 2015.

Currently, Jaziel is a Teaching Assistant in the Department of Consumer Science in CSR 344– Fundamentals of Negotiations, as well as in CSR 332– Cross Cultural Marketing and International Retailing. She also is a member of the Health Disparities lab conducting research under Dr. Andrea DeMaria. Her current research interests include women’s reproductive health and targeted consumer research for informing public health interventions, campaigning, and products.
