Lan Jin

Lan Jin is a PhD student in the Department of Consumer Science at Purdue University. She received her B.A. degree in Advertising from Hainan University in 2008. From 2008 to 2011 she worked as an advertising planner for a national transportation corporation in China. In 2014, she earned her M.S. degree in Consumer Science from Purdue University. Lan's research currently focuses on consumer behavior and health communication, especially mental health promotion and social support among young people and minorities. She also has interests in examining the issue of health disparities.
