How has your Purdue experience made an impact on you?

Purdue gave me a foundation that's adaptable to any career situation. From working in research to clinical nutrition to public relations, I've felt like I had the knowledge and tools to be successful.

What activities did you participate in as a Purdue Student?

Consumer Family Sciences Student Council, Consumer Family Sciences Student Ambassador, Food and Nutrition Society President, Indiana Dietetic Association Outstanding Coordinated Program Student

What do you consider your greatest accomplishment?

I'm most proud of the time that I spent living and working in rural Ireland during my dietetics internship at Purdue. This opportunity allowed me to travel and see that my skills were transferrable globally and to any setting. It sparked my interest in public health and I'm now pursuing my MPH.

What do you enjoy most about your position as In-House Dietitian for Golden Living Center?

I enjoy working with residents who have a wide variety of needs and collaborating closely with the interdisciplinary team. Each day is different and I'm learning continuously.
