Test-and-Tune

On selected Saturdays in the spring Test-and-Tune events will be held at various go-kart tracks across Indiana.  Test-and-Tune events will include the following activities:

• Safety training on go kart design and running on the track
• Tutorials on various aspects of go kart construction, e.g. proper sprocket assembly, weight balancing of the kart, etc. – procedures that make the go-kart perform better
• Opportunity to test the operation of your go-kart on the track
• Learn from other high school go-kart teams

At the Test-and-Tune events in late April and early May the teams will be able to complete the academic portions of the competition prior to the main evGrandPrix event in May at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway – teams that do this will receive bonus points in the overall competition.
