Where are they now?
RACHEL (ADDISON) ROSATO - Multimedia Specialist - CJ Advertising
Graduated in 2006 with a major in Computer Graphics Technology and a minor in Film Studies, I have been working at an advertising firm in Nashville, TN since 2007 editing commercials, and shooting and editing video for web. On the side I have 2 photography businesses: Rachel Rosato Photography, for personal and family photos; and Dream House Photography, for home listings for real estate agents. I spend the rest of my free time with my husband and young daughter. I am so grateful for my experience at the Hall of Music and the opportunities it opened up for me. I definitely wouldn't be where I am today without those awesome people at Purdue.

ALLISON DOUGLAS – Procurement Buyer - Fluke Corporation
I graduated from Purdue in May 2012 with an Organizational Leadership and Supervision degree with minors in German and Film Video Studies. Ever since I was little I was fascinated with the world of sports and I aspired to be the next Erin Andrews. I decided to seek out Elliott Hall of Music Productions because I knew they worked closely with Purdue Athletics. I started to work on football and basketball trivia scripts, assist with fire-up videos, and eventually became the face of some of the trivia segments that were shown during the games. Elliott Hall of Music was one of the best experiences I had during my time at Purdue because I learned how to work with various people in other divisions of the college such as: marketing, athletics, and promotions. Also, seeing first-hand the stages of a project from shooting the scenes to editing and audio, then finally producing the finished project gave me better insight to just how much work goes into the video production industry. I learned to work in a team-oriented environment and how to be collaborative on projects. Overall, the experience led me to pursue the BigTen Network course offered at Purdue and further my knowledge in the industry.
JON MOORE - UX Designer - TERADATA APPLICATIONS
After graduating in 2012 with my Computer Science/Machine Intelligence degree, I moved back to Indianapolis to work at a marketing software company as a software engineer. I eventually shifted around in the company before being hired on as a full time User Experience Designer. I design interaction workflows, user interfaces, and widgets, create rapid prototypes of functional frontend designs, and serve as the liaison between the designers and the developers. I continue to freelance my graphic and web design skills when I’m not at work, and I have plans to eventually launch a web application to serve as my primary source of income. Working at the Hall of Music was incredibly useful and rewarding because it prepared me for working on a team, and completely immersed me in the design environment. My only regret is not getting to work more hours with the guys due to course load.
