Production Services - On Location
Energizing a Broad Scope of Campus Events
Today, beyond operating the four performance venues (Elliott Hall of Music, Loeb Playhouse, Fowler Hall and Slayter Center), Hall of Music Productions plays a major role in the life of the University through production support at numerous activities around campus, including Purdue’s home football and basketball games where our staff creates and produces content shown on the video boards, operates cameras and staffs the control rooms at Ross-Ade Stadium and Mackey Arena.
In 2008, Hall of Music Productions provided services for more events outside of our four performance venues than within. We worked events in the Memorial Union Ballrooms, the Armory, Lawson and Armstrong Hall atriums and in many other campus locations. Working together with other campus service providers to exceed our patrons’ expectations is a hallmark of Hallof Music Productions. “It’s all about partnerships and the synergy they bring,” says Steve Hall, Director, Hall of Music Productions. Like many at Purdue who are served by HFS, event planners from areas such as Purdue Research Park, Colleges of Engineering, Liberal Arts, Pharmacy and others are attracted to our expertise and experience.
