QUESTION - What time do the doors open?
ANSWER - Doors open for seating 30 minutes prior to the start of the event.
QUESTION - Where do I pick up my tickets?
ANSWER - Will call tickets can be picked up at the Box Office. Please allow extra time before the event for picking up your tickets, as there may be a line.
QUESTION - What do I do if I lost my tickets?
ANSWER - Please contact the Box Office as soon as possible 765-494-3933.
QUESTION - My tickets say seats 102 and 104. Are we sitting together?
ANSWER - Yes, even numbered seats are on the right side of the hall and odd numbered seats are on the left side.
QUESTION - Can I bring an infant carrier or stroller with me?
ANSWER - Infant carriers and strollers are not allowed in the auditorium. You can check them at the House Manager’s office.
QUESTION -I can not find the information I need. Who do I contact?
ANSWER - Please contact the Box Office at 765-494-3933.
QUESTION -Can I get my money back if I can't make it to a show?
ANSWER - We are unable to issue refunds or exchange tickets. If you are unable to attend a show, consider one of the following options:
• Return series tickets to the box office 48 hours prior to the show and receive credit for a tax-deductible donation.
• Return your ticket to the box office any time prior to the show and it will be offered to a student free of charge.
• Give or sell your ticket to someone else.
