Andres graduated with a master's in Aeronautics & Astronautics from the Purdue College of Engineering. His research involved rocket engines but he was limited on what he could say about it. It was top secret! He also loves to cook and train his memory.

Purdue is a world class university with one of the best engineering programs in the nation. I chose Purdue for its challenging curriculum and its location.
Career goal?
Become an officer in the Brazilian Air Force.

Amelia Earhart was part of Purdue.

If you have free time, how do you choose to spend it?
Walking on campus.
What apps, software, or tools can't you live without?
Whatsapp, MATLAB, LabVIEW.
What are you currently reading, or what is the last thing you read (aside from academic reading)?
20000 Leagues Under the Sea, Jules Verne.
What is your office setup like?
A PC, a notebook/scratch paper and a beverage (usually tea).
What’s the best advice you’ve ever received?
Don't suck (by an USAF 1-star general visiting Purdue).
