Current Research Interests:

Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD): Using mouse models of IBD, my lab studies the interactions between the host immune system, specifically, Tumor Necrosis Factor and the colonic microbiome during the progression from acute to chronic colitis and colon cancer.
