Master's Degree Program Requirements

  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale earned for undergraduate degree.
  • OPT 1 - Bachelor’s Degree in a related field from an accredited university
  • OPT 2 - Bachelor’s Degree in a non-related field from an accredited university with proven Facility Management industry experience
  • Students not meeting minimum requirements may still be considered for admission. Contact the Program Director for more information.
