Independent Interdisciplinary Graduate Program

The Independent Interdisciplinary Graduate Program (I-IGP) is a university-wide program that  is designed to be highly flexible in order to allow participating graduate students to tailor their graduate coursework and research to their individual needs and interests while at the same time providing appropriate faculty oversight.  The goal of the I-IGP is to attract outstanding graduate students who are interested in unique, interdisciplinary research areas that might not otherwise be available or apparent from our existing programs. The I-IGP resides in the Office of Interdisciplinary Graduate Programs (OIGP) in the Graduate School.
