Seeking Volunteers for the 2019 Midwest Summit!

Purdue University West Lafayette current faculty, staff, graduate students, and interested undergraduate students are invited to help. Your support is critical to the success of this event. We appreciate your willingness to be involved.

Purdue Students

All student volunteers receive a free t-shirt! Choose the time slot(s) that best fit your schedule and sign up to VOLUNTEER by emailing midwestsummit@purdue.edu.

Volunteers needed:
  • General greeters and helpers 
  • 'Build Your Own Ice Cream Sundae' Social Attendees
  • Meal monitors
  • Fair monitors
  • Set up or tear down
  • Workshop monitor

This is an excellent professional development opportunity. No experience is necessary.

Time slots:

Friday, November 8:

5:00 pm - 6:00 pm: 3-5 volunteers 
6:00 pm - 8:00 pm: 7-8 volunteers (Needed: Current grad students in business, education, fine arts, health and human sciences, humanities, liberal arts, pharmacy, public affairs, religious studies, and related fields)

Saturday, November 9:

8:00 am - 9:30 am: 6 volunteers 
9:30 am - 11:00 am: 4-5 volunteers 
11:00 am - 12:00 pm: 4-5 volunteers 
12:00 pm - 1:00 pm: 2 volunteers 
1:00 pm - 2:30 pm: 4 volunteers 
2:30 pm - 4:00 pm: 3 volunteers
