Nutrition Science

A graduate degree in nutrition integrates biochemistry, physiology, psychology, food science, genetics and cell biology to create a lasting impact on the health and well-being of society. Our Interdepartmental Nutrition Program is a multidisciplinary training ground for students interested in a MS or PhD that provides hands-on learning and one-on-one faculty mentorship across 10 departments. Our students train with a specialty group for a personal touch in achieving individual goals. Emphasis groups include:
