I worked out piece meal the coordinates of point B for the sets of rotations in problem 2.1 by creating the rotational matrices in the body frame and then adding the radius from the origin of the fixed frame to the origin of the body frame to the fixed frame orientation of point B on the sign. How do you determine the euler rotation angle given the translation of the body fixed coordinate frame in addition to its rotations?
