Also, from the EOM we know that the response of the system in terms of x is given by: <em>x(t) = e<sup>-\u03b6\u03c9nt <\/sup><\/em>[<em>C*cos(\u03c9<sub>d<\/sub>t)+ S*sin(\u03c9<sub>d<\/sub>t)<\/em>].
