In fact, they are identified as a \u201cBest Choice\u201d fish for pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers and children according to the EPA and FDA.<\/p>\n<p>This publication, &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/edustore.purdue.edu\/item.asp?Item_Number=FNR-621-W\">Tilapia Farmed Fish Fact Sheet<\/a>&#8220;, is the third in a series of consumer guides that describe fish and shellfish farmed in the Midwest region of the United States.
