STAR & VSTAR 2019: Parent Presentation and Information

STAR (Summer Transition, Advising, and Registration) is Purdue's required one-day orientation program for new, domestic, first-year, and transfer students. VSTAR is the equivalent orientation, except completed online by students who cannot attend STAR due to geographic distance or other reasons.  But STAR is not just for students!  During each STAR date, the Exploratory Studies staff offer both parent and student orientations to help them make the most of their day and their summer preparation for college.  This information is also useful for parents who were not able to attend STAR.
