The Purdue Alumni Association is seeking a Membership Sales Intern to work from May 22nd – September 8th with an option for an extension. The deadline to apply is Monday, April 12, 2017.
These positions will be primarily responsible for selling memberships to our student program, the Purdue Alumni Student Experience (PASE). Work will involve direct sales to students and parents, setting up and tearing down sales stations, stocking membership supplies, and other duties as assigned.
This is a part-time position. Students must be available to begin work no later than May 31. Weekly schedules are flexible and we will accommodate a summer class schedule. Training will be provided and pay is minimum wage, plus incentives. Incentives allow the opportunity for successful sales interns to earn more than $15/hour. Those who apply must be eligible to work in the United States.

- Knowledgeable about PASE and why a student would want to join
- Interested in work involving direct sales to customers
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to take initiative

- Flexible schedule
