Gifts came from as far away as Kazakhstan. In fact, alumni and friends from 60 countries—including eight new first-time donor countries—helped Purdue take a giant leap in fundraising to grant opportunities for the University and its students. Last Wednesday (April 24), Purdue Day of Giving raised $41.6 million for the entire Purdue system—including Purdue Fort Wayne, Purdue Northwest, and Purdue Global—and set the fifth straight record for a 24-hour higher education fundraising campaign.
