Prior to Horizon3,&nbsp;Snehal&nbsp;served as the first Chief Technology Officer for Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC). As a member of the Commander\u2019s executive team, he led data analytics, cloud\/edge computing, and cybersecurity initiatives.
