Georgia Tech Global Social Venture Competition
Competition Information:
- The competition is hosted by UC Berkeley, along with Georgia Tech as their Eastern Region partner
- No travel or in-person presentations are required until the finals, where our sponsors fund your travel to UC Berkeley to present your business for over $80,000 in prizes

Team Entry Requirements:
- Teams must include a student who is actively involved and is a current or recent graduate (B.S. degree within the past 4 years, MS or PhD degree within the past 2 years) from any level of higher education
- No entry fee
- No limit to the number of applicants from a particular program or university
- First round submissions due Dec.5

Competition Benefits:
- Global Reach – In 2012, the GSVC received over 600 entries from prestigious schools in 50 countries
