Enrollment Management Communications oversees the tools and services available to campus for the recruitment of undergraduate students. 

Request a Communications Project

Events

Submit requests at least 15 full working days in advance of when you want to begin accepting registrations. If you are sending email or postal invitations to promote the event, those must be separate project requests.

Log in to Workzone/Shared Work and Click Requests in the top navigation bar, then on + Request New Project. Project Type = Event Request. If you need help, contact your College's Slate Point Person.

Phone Campaigns

Submit requests at least 10 full working days in advance of the date you want to begin calling. If your callers do not have Slate accounts, you must request those accounts at least 10 working days in advance of your call date. Refer to Slate User Access information to request staff caller accounts. Email admscrm@purdue.edu (providing student name, career account and email) to request student caller accounts. All callers must have completed the certifications listed in the Slate User Access information.
